A la entrada dos amables azafatas nos entregan copa y librito de cata y comenzamos.<\/p>\n<p>Con el primer stand de <b>Viura\/Macabeo<\/b> destacamos la calidad de <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Finca la Emperatriz Viura<\/span>, casa que nunca falla, y de <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Se\u00f1or\u00edo de Guadianeja Macabeo,<\/span> bodega que nos sorprende como novedad y de la que apreciamos su honestidad y buen hacer.<\/p>\n<p>Avanzamos hacia la arom\u00e1tica y sugerente uva <b>Godello<\/b> para probar un fant\u00e1stico <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Louro<\/span> de Rafael Palacios, sin olvidarnos de mencionar el <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Pezas da Portel<\/span> de Valdesil y el <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Avancia Cuv\u00e9e<\/span>, bodegas de Jorge Ordo\u00f1ez. Los tres favoritos coinciden en pertenecer a la DO Valdeorras y ser fermentados en barrica, aunque tambi\u00e9n result\u00f3 interesante catar algunos blancos j\u00f3venes de las DO Monterrei, Bierzo y Ribeira Sacra.<\/p>\n<p>En el stand de la <b>Albari\u00f1o<\/b> de la DO R\u00edas Baixas, a destacar la calidad de<span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"> Fefi\u00f1anes<\/span>, <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Do Ferreiro<\/span> y el novedoso <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Envidiacochina <\/span>de Eladio Pi\u00f1eiro. As\u00ed como un solicitado <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Pazo Se\u00f1or\u00e1ns<\/span> que no pudimos degustar por haberse agotado.<\/p>\n<p>De la <b>Verdejo<\/b> y entre firmas muy reconocidas nos dejamos sorprender por un sencillo <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Castelo de Medina Vendimia Seleccionada<\/span> como mejor elecci\u00f3n por su excelente calidad\/precio. Tambi\u00e9n debemos mencionar el blanco fermentado en barrica <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Ossian<\/span>, as\u00ed como el joven macerado sobre l\u00edas <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Vi\u00f1a Sanzo<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>La untuosa <b>Chardonnay <\/b>sorprendi\u00f3 <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Principe de Viana<\/span>, de la DO Navarra. Gust\u00f3 mucho el <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Gramona Argent<\/span> (Brut Gran Reserva) de la DO Cava, sin olvidarnos de los consolidados <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Enate<\/span> (DO Somontano) y <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Milmanda<\/span>, de Torres (DO Conca de Barber\u00e0).<\/p>\n<p>De nuestra querida <b>Palomino Fino<\/b> y adorada tipolog\u00eda Amontillado, reverencias al de S\u00e1nchez Romate, Amontillado <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">NPU<\/span>, y al <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Antique<\/span> de Fernando de Castilla.<\/p>\n<p>Pasamos a los tintos, comenzando con la afrutada y todoterreno <b>Garnacha Tinta<\/b>, destaque para el joven que m\u00e1s ha gustado, <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">El Circo Acr\u00f3bata<\/span> de Grandes Vinos y Vi\u00f1edos de la DO Cari\u00f1ena. Un placer siempre tambi\u00e9n degustar la centenaria de <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Coto de Hayas<\/span> e <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Fagus<\/span>, ambas de Bodegas Aragonesas de la DO Campo de Borja, as\u00ed como <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Alto Moncayo<\/span>, que nunca falla.<\/p>\n<p>Y de la <b>Monastrell<\/b>, que es una de nuestras grandes embajadoras aut\u00f3ctonas en el extranjero, nos quedamos con un referente de calidad como <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Casa Cisca<\/span> de la DO Yecla, y descubrimos de las bodegas Volver, de la DO Alicante, sus <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Tarima Hill <\/span>e <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Triga<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>De la mineral<b> Menc\u00eda<\/b> gustaron mucho el ecol\u00f3gico de <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Prada Maceraci\u00f3n<\/span> y el demandado <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Pasos Black<\/span>, ambos de la DO Bierzo.<\/p>\n<p>En la categor\u00eda de la internacional <b>Cabernet Sauvignon<\/b>, de nuevo \u00e9xito para los <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Enate Cabernet-Cabernet<\/span> y un estupendo <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Enate Crianza<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>De la tinta <b>Syrah<\/b>, con sus recuerdos de violetas, mencionamos <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Solo Tirio Syrah<\/span>, de Bodegas Aragonesas de la DO Campo de Borja, <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Enrique Mendoza Shiraz<\/span> de la DO Alicante y <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Santo Syrah<\/span> de Heredad de Urue\u00f1a, VT de Castilla y Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La <b>Petit Verdot<\/b>, con sus notas de frambuesa y frutas silvestres muy bien expresadas en <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Se\u00f1or\u00edo de Guadianeja Petit Verdot<\/span>, de nuevo grata sorpresa con esta bodega de la DO La Mancha. As\u00ed como el <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Finca Antigua,<\/span> de igual denominaci\u00f3n de origen.<\/p>\n<p>La abundante <b>Tempranillo <\/b>ocupaba la mayor exposici\u00f3n de la muestra y nos regal\u00f3 momentos a recordar como la cata de <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Ra\u00edz Profunda<\/span>, de Ribera del Duero. Tambi\u00e9n de esta denominaci\u00f3n los <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Balb\u00e1s<\/span> y 2011 y menci\u00f3n para <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Callejo. <\/span>Tambi\u00e9n muy solicitada estuvo la cata de <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Malleolus<\/span>, de Bodegas Emilio Moro. De la DOCa Rioja nos quedamos con <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Campillo Reserva Selecta<\/span> e <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Piedra Platino<\/span> de Estancia Piedra, de la DO Toro.<\/p>\n<p>Y de postre, la dulce cata de Moscateles, Malvas\u00edas y Pedro Xim\u00e9nez. Como la <b>Moscatel<\/b> de <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Botani<\/span>, de Jorge Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez &amp; Co., <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Ariyanas Naturalmente Dulce<\/span> de Bodegas Bent\u00f3miz, ambos de la DO M\u00e1laga, as\u00ed como <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Tres Leones<\/span>. <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Ochoa Moscatel<\/span> de la DO Navarra y <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Moscatel Colos\u00eda<\/span> de la DO Jerez-X\u00e9r\u00e8s-Sherry.<\/p>\n<p>De la uva<b> Malvas\u00eda<\/b> menci\u00f3n para la canaria de Bodegas Los Bermejos, de la DO Lanzarote: <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Bermejo (Brut Nature)<\/span>, <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Bermejo Malvas\u00eda Naturalmente Dulce<\/span> e <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Bermejo Malvas\u00eda Seco<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Y por \u00faltimo la <b>Pedro Xim\u00e9nez<\/b>, de gran expresi\u00f3n en la categor\u00eda de los generosos <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Amontillado Viejo Tauromaquia<\/span> e <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Oloroso Garc\u00eda Barquero<\/span>, de la DO Montilla Moriles, as\u00ed como en la categor\u00eda de los vinos de licor los <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Pedro Xim\u00e9nez Duquesa<\/span> e <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Colos\u00eda<\/span>, de la DO Jerez-X\u00e9r\u00e8s-Sherry.<\/p>\n<p>Un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s nos dejamos seducir por el t\u00fanel del vino del Sal\u00f3n Gourmets.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El t\u00fanel del vino se presenta dividido por stands seg\u00fan diferentes varietales blancas y tintas, invit\u00e1ndonos a conocer mejor la tipicidad de cada uva.
